Making positive changes in the right direction towards real life goals.
Change can be difficult, when you come accustom to a situation, whether it is a relationship, and/or work related. ( Sidenote. I will often make my point valid by quoting a song lyric because music is life) J. Cole said "I know your desperate for a change, let the pen glide, but the only real change comes from inside." No one knows your true desires, but you. The change you need to see positive changes for your life comes from within you! Take care of your Mind, Body, and Spirit.
If you want to workout. Then find the way you want to workout and do it.
You need to be able to unwind. HOBBIES over HABITS ! occupy yourself with positive redirection of thinking.
If you have been feeling disconnected from something that once brought you excitement either find something else in the same category, or find what makes you happy these days.
Life really isn't about getting it right, its all about never giving up on what YOU honestly want. The goals you had before, you became a product of your decisions, circumstances, society, or social status.
Try to add these things into your daily habits!
* Daily Morning stretch
- while stretching think of 3 things you love about your life, and three things you would like to improve.
*Drink more water.
*give someone a genuine compliment.
- "Can't shade and shine at the same time"
*Re-center your goals.
-This can be done with a goal journal, sticky notes, self talk, group discussion with peers of like mindedness.
*live in the moment! Never be too caught up in what is to come that you loose focus on what is. every breathe is a blessing. a moment to cherish. something to not be taken for granted. Just because there is more to come does not mean that what is holds less value !
